My name is Alexander and I have been teaching movement using the Functional Patterns training system in New Orleans since 2017. I first found the system as a way to restore my body after injuries from Yoga, Acrobatics and traditional strength training methods. Now I have taught close to a hundred clients and have aided others while pursuing their goal to become teachers themselves.

My goal is to get you moving at your highest capacity and doing so in a way that promotes longevity.

Optimal efficiency in movement is the foundation of the training methodology. The goal is to not only to restore the body back to an aligned and fully integrated foundation, but to train it in a manner that is oriented around the human biological blueprint and thus enhance overall health, posture, gait cycle and performance.

The first session that must be done to start any package. This includes posture photos, gait video analysis and setting up a plan moving forward.

Available to those who have trained with me in person who are traveling or have moved that would like to continue training through Zoom.


ZOOM Group Classes

I am offering two types of online group ZOOM classes. Each class will be 40-45 min of exercises followed by 15-20 min of Q&A. These classes are for all fitness levels.
