Myofascial Release
Zoom Classes – Wednesdays at 6:00 PM CST
MFR (Myofascial Release) is a fantastic way to hydrate and loosen up tight areas of the body. Many times pain in the joints, low back or other areas are due to tissues being bound up and dehydrated. Join us in this class in learning some techniques for keeping your body supple and ready to adapt to any corrective and athletic exercises you do with it.
* Required Tools: Foam Roller or Hard Medicine Ball, Lacrosse Ball or similar
* Optional Tools: TheraCane, Bands
Class Requirements
Make sure you have registered for class and have paid for either a drop in session or for the current months monthly subscription.
Setup ZOOM with Video on, if you would like to receive personalized coaching during class, at least 10 min prior to class as well as the Tools recommended in the class descriptions. Wear athletic clothing to make sure I can give you extra guidance based on what I see. When you first enter the meeting please enter your First and Last name into the chat as a roll call for attendance so I can make sure to mark down your participation.
