Postural Strength

Standing posture is a key component to all movements that we do as human beings. This class is built as a way to strengthen your standing posture practice and transfer those skills into everyday movements that will keep you pain free and standing tall.

Make sure you have registered for class and have paid for either a drop in session or for the current months monthly subscription.

Setup ZOOM with Video on, if you would like to receive personalized coaching during class, at least 10 min prior to class as well as the Tools recommended in the class descriptions. Wear athletic clothing to make sure I can give you extra guidance based on what I see. When you first enter the meeting please enter your First and Last name into the chat as a roll call for attendance so I can make sure to mark down your participation.
